Meeting Bert

He can usually be found in Disneyland California at Refreshment Corner with Mary Poppins, or wandering through Fantasyland.
Bert no longer appears regularly at WDW, though you might find him at the Grand Floridian character meal at 1900 Park Fare.
In Disneyland Paris, Bert makes regular appearances in Fantasyland by “it’s a small world” or behind the Carousel. In the Walt Disney Studios Park he is often out around lunchtime around the Big Hat, or nearby.
At Tokyo Disneyland, Bert is often out in Fantasyland.
