Meg no longer meets at the Parks, sadly. Though you may be lucky and find her at International Gateway in EPCOT on the rare occasion.
She used to meet regularly in Tokyo DisneySea, but we haven't heard anything about her being ther ein a while, so for now we assume she is gone.
