1900 Park Fare

Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, Hotels, Walt Disney World

Situated at Disney's flagship hotel, the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, 1900 Park Faire offers a variety of food and character dining options. The restaurant actually changes the characters and food offered depending on the time of day. When we visited we went for dinner, and it was the Cinderella family of characters that were featured. At other times of the day characters can vary from the Mary Poppins family, to the Alice in Wonderland characters. The food is buffet stlye and the food choices are limited, but rather good. Overall, the restaurant is quite small, and is very dark. Considering it is one of their "high end" places to eat, it was pretty basic. But, you do get to meet Prince Charming - about the only place outside of the Halloween parties that you can meet him in WDW - Cinderella, Lady Tremaine, and the whacked out stepsisters Anastasia and Drizella. Overall it is a fun experience, the Tremaine's are hilarious and liven up the dining experience for sure! As with all the character meals, there is an interval, and Prince Charming and Cinderella dance around the dining room, then invite others to join them - then go for a break.

Meeting Disney Characters

Featured throughout the day depending on the meal time there is the likelihood you will get the Cinderella family of characters, the Mary Poppins family, or the Alice in Wonderland characters.
