Step back in time, right into the heart of a turn of the century city street. Main Street is always busy with people, horse-drawn street cars, and the latest in engineering - motor vehicles. From quaint boutiques to the smell of freshly baked cookies and recently brewed coffee at the corner cafes, Main Street is all that is good and prosperous about America.

Meeting Disney Characters

Normally in the mornings and afternoons you can find some of your favorite Disney characters in Town Square. Usually Pluto and Daisy are around the flag pool or near the Fire Station and Pinocchio is in front of Expo Hall. Also, Winnie the Pooh and Tigger have moved from their Fantasyland home to the Tour Guide Gardens (next to City Hall) while their new home is under construction. In addition, sometimes other characters will be out in Town Square so it is always a good idea to check. In the past, if it was raining inside Expo Hall would be a good place to find characters; however, due to the construction going on that may no longer be the case. Finally, you can sometimes find various citizens of Main Street wandering the Streets (and shops)... this is especially true during holidays like Easter and Christmas but there is always a chance of running into the Mayor or other citizens regardless of what time of year it is.
