Originally introduced to the world as Dippy Dawg, then Mr George Geef, Goofy has probably undergone more persona changes than any other Disney character!
Living a life of perpetual chaos, Goofy has played many important roles over the years from sports man, to clock cleaner, to loving father of his young son Max.
Sadly Goofy is one of the few Disney Character to suffer a personal tragedy, and that was the death of his wife to cancer.
Loved by his fans for his clumsiness and foolish antics, Goofy truly lives up to his name; and we wouldn't have it any other way.

Meeting Goofy

Goofy can be found all over the Disney Parks and Resorts.
At the Magic Kingdom Goofy can be often found in his cowboy finest in Frontierland. At Animal Kingdom he appears at Camp Minnie-Mickey and Dinoland USA. In EPCOT he be found in the Character Spot. At Hollywood Studios he can be often met around the Big Hat.
At Disneyland your best chances are up in Toontown, or in Town Square. Over at California Adventure you can meet him usually either at Hollywood Pictures Backlot or Sunshine Plaza.
At Disneyland Paris Goofy regularly meets in Town Square, aboard the Party Train, or up by "it's a small world".
